A guiding principle that has profoundly shaped my life and career is the phrase "Consume less, create more." This mindset started with my early passion for art. I began drawing in preschool when a close friend showed me his art, sparking a fire within me. Throughout primary school, I continued drawing, even meeting my best friend through our shared love for art. Interestingly, we were supposed to compete, but instead, we chose friendship and collaboration. By grade 7, we were planning to start our own comic book, not just as a creative endeavor but with the intent to sell it.

The philosophy of "Consume less, create more" wasn't limited to art for me. In high school, I sold sweets to my classmates, demonstrating my entrepreneurial spirit early on. By my matric year, I had embraced other forms of art, including writing music and video editing. A memorable moment from grade 6 was rapping over a beat with the same friend who introduced me to art during a prize-giving event.

All these experiences led me to discover my ikigai—frontend development. But to find that ikigai, I had to embrace the philosophy of "consume less, create more." This phrase transformed my approach to life, shifting my focus from passive consumption to active creation. This shift not only enhanced my skills as a frontend developer but also ignited a passion for continuous learning and innovation.

Creating more has given me a sense of purpose and accomplishment, as I see my ideas come to life and positively impact others.
